Elan Akerman is a real estate agent and private property manager based out of Henderson, NV. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and operations of a number of condominiums and homes located in the Las Vegas metro area.

With more than ten years of real estate experience, Elan has managed all types of residential properties, has strong administrative skills, a deep knowledge of contracts and property accounting, and excellent communication skills. He is responsible for initiating and dispatching work order requests to his maintenance crew and following up on those requests with tenants, overseeing the local accounts receivable and payable functions and working with OmniTerra Solutions Nevada-based accounting teams, maintaining lease data, preparing property budgets, and overseeing tenant relations.
