Began his career in real estate in San Fernando Valley, California in 1986 and quickly rose to managing a sales team at Realty World West Valley. He moved to the Las Vegas area in 1992 and subsequently began acquiring real estate and developing businesses and partnerships. With over 30 years experience in real estate sales, leasing, management, and business operations, he has purchased and sold real estate of all types.
